Introducing... The NL Boeken Club An NL Club spin-off. By members, for members.  Hello Members of the Dutch community in New York, My name is Eveline Honig van Veldhuisen and I am one of the Ambassadors of the Netherland Club of NY. We are launching the NL Boeken Club here in New York City. We will read Dutch authors who have written books that have been translated into English. The twist... ...to this book club, is that the author of the book is invited to indulge in the story together with us. We get the chance to personally ask the author our burning questions about the book in an intimate group setting.  Most gatherings will take place in the library at the Salmagundi Club. The intention is that we'll meet about 4 times per year. The NL Boeken Club will meet for the first time on October 23rd. The second one takes place in January.  The Book: The first work we will read is "Hiding in Plain Sight" by Pieter van Os.
